“Ms. Shepherd was patient, understanding, and had the knowledge to help me select a Medicare health plan. Working along with and through the FSRBC has a tremendous advantage for retired teachers. By going through the FSRBC it allowed for a better rate with my UnitedHealthcare Advantage health plan. I would recommend the FSRBC highly for their guidance through this process.”
